Am i going to pass more?

I am absolutely shattered. My heart has been ripped out of my chest. I had NO dark red bleeding or cramping until AFTER i left the hospital. I went because I had some really light brown spotting and i just felt as if something was off and turns out i was right. i was supposed to be 13 weeks and 2 days but my baby measured at 11 weeks and 6 days. These pictures were directly after i left the hospital to go home after they told me i was miscarrying😭😭😭💔💔💔 i’m going tomorrow to see if i need to get a d&c. do you think my body is going to pass more naturally or is this it? i feel so completely lost and broken. i have no idea what i’m supposed to feel like. this was my first pregnancy and it ended too soon... 😭😭😭
