Why can’t I sleep?!

I’m 3 weeks and 5 days according to my app, I can’t sleep I’m waking up at 3am ! I’m exhausted and mind is doing overtime. Fidgety legs too! Help! 😫🤷🏽‍♀️

Im 5w4d preg. I get super sleepy beginning of the night around 8 and wake up around 4am. 🙄

4 weeks today and I haven't been able to sleep good for the past week. Pretty its just our bodies adjusting to the changing hormones.
