How likely is it to actually get pregnant while you’re ovulating?

Basically before....you only ovulate for 24 hours so the before/after is a bit misleading. The fertile window before ovulation is a 3-5 day window. It is called the fertile window because sperm stay viable for 3-5 days. Meaning they are ready and waiting in your body for 3-5 days for that egg on ovulation day. Highest chance of conception is the day before ovulation but not by much. Because the egg isnt viable for very long you generally can't conceive after ovulation. Unless you are saying conception is implantation....
