Me and my boyfriend have been TTC for over a year now and unfortunately We experienced a miscarriage and then and ectopic pregnancy a couple months after it’s been very hard for us but we haven’t lost hope , I’m currently on week 3 of my menstrual cycle but I’ve been having creamy cm since week 2 and lately my nipples have been a little tingly could this be a sign ?

Same story as you, just reversed. We had an ectopic after a year of trying, then a miscarriage a few months later. 3 months after that, we conceived our rainbow baby, which I’m currently 23 weeks with. This month would’ve been 2 years of trying. 
It’s possible you could be pregnant, my first symptom was sore breasts and sensitive nipples. More intense than my normal period sore breasts. Honestly, my best advice, just go with the flow. I know it’s annoying when people say “Stop trying and you’ll get pregnant” when a baby is all you’ve wanted for so long. But honest to god, the moment I just said, “Well, I’ll probably never have a kid so what’s the point in peeing on sticks constantly” and stopped trying, just had fun sex whenever I wanted with my husband, that’s when I got pregnant with the sticky one. All those people that annoyed me before, had a point. 😅
