4 positive at home & negative blood test

So yesterday morning I got the faintest line on 2 test (clearblue & FR.) So I went to OBGYN to take a blood test. This morning I took 2 more test and both positive (Vvfl but even my husband saw them.) My doctor just called me and said my blood test came back negative. I attached the tests below but please someone respond with something because I was so excited with 4 positive test and now my blood work is negative.
