Prenatals do not help conceive. They’re just vitamins. People TTC for years taking them..

Everyone TTC is recommended to take prenatal vitamins. They don’t help you conceive but they build up the nutrients your baby will need once you do become pregnant

They don’t aid with conception.  They make your egg healthier for neural defects is what I was told.  However I do swear that acupuncture helped us conceive in one month.  My friend said that same thing too!
