Is this awkward? Lol

I suggested to my husband that I wanted to go have sex. He said he wasn’t feeling it after a really hard and long day at work.. he then said how about I go take a nice shower and use my toy. I think he meant well but for some reason I think that’s so awkward!! Like our house is small so he’d be able to hear it in the living room or bedroom.. pretty much anywhere in the house lol so I’m just wondering is that awkward??? Lol would you be able to do that knowing your husband knows you’re doing it and can hear
