I’m starting a new job soon and I am really excited it pays pretty well but now I’m worried about how I’ll get maternity leave . I read that you can only qualify for maternity leave if you’ve worked for the employer for 12 months or more . My baby will be born in April 🤦🏽‍♀️ if I can’t get maternity leave than how will I take care of my baby ? The job is really good but how will I be able to stay there if I can’t get maternity leave? Anyone know how this works ? Is there someway around this ?
