Cramping

It’s the first day of my missed period, I’ve had two faint positives yesterday and today. No bleeding. But I’m having some cramping in my upper and middle abdomen and such should I be worried? I’ve had two back to back miscarriages at about 8 weeks (the only two times I’ve been pregnant before). Should I be concerned?
