Help?

So I found out like a couple of weeks ago that I was pregnant. I made an appointment to go the the doctor on Friday. But while I was at work, I went to the bathroom and saw blood. There was a blood clot as well. Almost like I got my period. Is this a sign of miscarriage? I took another pregnancy test and it came back positive so I’m confused. I’m still going to the doctor but I’m kinda worried right now. Any thoughts?
