Ovarian Pain

Hi ladies! I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years or so ago. During this time I've had the pain associated with it. I have recently had a new pain that im wondering if any of you have experienced before. The last 3 times when I orgasam I have a pain in my left ovary area. Anyone had something similar? what could be the cause?
