I have been discharging brown for a week/ WARNING GRAPHIC PICTURE

I just started bleeding the night before, after intercourse. But I’ve had this weird brown discharge and I have no clue what it could be at all. I did get on Depo in September but like I said this just started out of no where and I have not gotten a period yet and usually don’t when I’m on Depo.

I’m just starting to get concerned because when I wipe the brown doesn’t really come off onto the toilet paper, it’s just on the pad.

Also today I started getting extreme pain in my left side and I’m still bleeding but it’s not enough to be a period
