Has anyone taken Symbicort 80/4.5 while pregnant? My Allergist said I theoretically can get off it because my breathing has improved, but because of COVID I should stay on it. They gave me this dosage because it’s what all pregnant patients get, as it’s the lowest. Today at my first OB appt, I asked the dr her thoughts on the symbicort and she blew me off and said “well if they want you to take it then take it.” She’s not my normal OB and I was not happy with her delivery. I’m thinking of going back to the allergist and getting another conversation. I’m very scared about taking a steroid while pregnant. Help, please!
