I had my anatomy scan this morning and it's confirmed we are having a baby girl!💗 He was so excited to see her and kept saying "this is so freaking cool." He was hilarious and I love seeing how much he already loves her. She is wiggly and healthy, weighing 14 oz.

I think it was last week I had been so anxious about having a birth plan and today I found out that the placenta is completely covering my cervix (placenta previa) that unfortunately will not resolve on its own. At first this news scared me but now I'm feeling more comfortable and even relieved to know that I will have a scheduled c-section. My mother had c-sections with me and both of my sisters and has been a huge support for me today. My husband is just happy that both baby and I will be okay.
