What was your baby’s four month sleep regression like ? I’m trying to figure out if my son is going through that right now. Last night and especially tonight he has been different at night. Normally he goes to bed at 7pm and up around 12-1am to feed and then again between 3-4am. But tonight he has been waking up 3 times already between 7pm and 8pm crying. He hardly ever cries at night. So that’s why it’s weird for us to see him like this. We also stopped swaddling him and put him in a sleep sack so I’m not sure if that might be it? Can you tell me what your baby was like during 4 month sleep regression? Also, is it only at night or during the day too?
