Pregnant after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage at the end of September and had a D & C performed October 2nd. I had beta draws on October 30th with a HCG of 30 and again on November 2nd with a HCG of 20. I have not had a period since my miscarriage and I am still testing positive on a home pregnancy test. I took these tests this morning could this be a new pregnancy or leftover HCG from the miscarriage?
