Cyst during pregnancy

Has/does anyone else had/have a cyst during they’re pregnancy? I have had this cyst on my ovary since my very first ultrasound at 7 weeks and it keeps getting bigger with every ultrasound. My doctor at first said it was the size of a orange and now it’s the size of a pomegranate. I have to get an extra ultrasound in the 3rd trimester to check on it . My doctor seems very surprised that it doesn’t bother me at all . If you did have one how did things work out for you & baby ?
