Longer period after having a baby?

Did anyone notice their periods got longer after having a kid? My period before pregnancy was like 4/5 days and the last 1/2 days were always super light.. I’m on day 5 & it’s still bright & active.. super annoying & sad, I didn’t want it to change how it was. 😔😔😖

Yes mine is so bad right now! I had 3 days of bad cramping that felt like early labor with no bleeding before it finally started.  I feel like it’s being dragged out so long!

Yes! I just had my first one and it was 7 whole days vs the normal 4. Not fun.

You first couple periods after birth are going to be longer and heavier. Then it should regulated back to normal.
