Pregnacare conceive

Hi ladies

I have started taking pregnacare to conceive just recently after my first baby miscarriage and I'm just a bit confused about the vitamin.On the box, it says that it has L-Arginine but when I purchased my first box from Holland and Baret the box does not show as shown on the website it has CoQ10 instead of L-Arginine is that something I should worry about? Or is it a new version of this product.
