Piercing not healing. HELP!!

Update...

Piercer said it looks like scar tissue. To do salt soaks and antibacterial soap. So not much help. He said give it a little more time and come back when he has the right stud to change it to. 🤷‍♀️ I did go to a different place then where I got them pierced originally.

I am going to go to the shop maybe next week if I don't see improvement. But has anyone had a similar issue? What did you do? They seem infected. They both have a big bump that won't go away!
