How can I get out of a “sad” fog?
I have my period for the first time in.. almost a whole year now. Like a real period. I have the IUD and it stopped my periods but I guess they’re back.
I am sad as heck. I keep crying about stupid things or literally nothing, I just feel like busting out into tears, I ate like 8 granola bars just because i was sad.
That’s weird. I need ideas on what to do to shake this off. Hormones are extremely powerful and they seem to be RAGING in my system right now. I need ideas.
