Before TTC I had a period every around 30 days for the full 7 days, really heavy.

After my first MC in 2018 my periods became shorter 3-4 days heavy the first day then lighter the rest. Usually around 28-32 days.

Then after my recent MC July 2020 my periods have become irregular. Sometimes they are 26 and sometimes they are around 45.

So this is obviously irregular to me I’m not sure if it is a cause for concern.

Has anyone notice their cycles change like this due to MC? Is it normal for cycles to change or should I see a doctor?

I’ve tried to google it but things mostly only talk about the first period after MC.
