Menstrual cup
So I don’t know where to start. I find that tampons and pads are a waste of money and they smell a bit to after a few hours or having one in. Is a menstrual cup any good? Can I sleep in one? How long can I leave it in for? Is it comfortable? Are they much better than tampons? What brand is the best?
