Mirena IUD Question

Hello everyone! I have a Mirena IUD and had a question to see if it’s normal or what the case is. I had my IUD inserted April and It is now November so 7 months. In the beginning I expected the bleeding etc, but it’s past the 6 month mark and I just wanted to know if this light spotting/mild serverish cramping would go away? Ill cramp and get light spotting it’s not that I’m annoyed or anything but I just wanted to know if there was a chance it would be gone. Periods have been pretty normal like before I got the IUD.
