2 ectopics

I have had two ectopics. My first was in 2018 my hcg was rising normally I was had to be at least 6 weeks along.. but they couldn’t find a sac or yolk in my uterus.. and they didn’t know where the pregnancy was I just had brown bleeding.

My second was in 2019 and my hcg wasn’t rising normal it would drop some and go up some and I had brown bleeding. I was at least 5 weeks along & the doctor said he saw no fetal pole but a sac in my uterus. And had no idea where the pregnancy was. Both treated with methotrexate. I’m looking for hope. How many ectopics did you have before you had a normal pregnancy. I’m SO depressed and it’s because I want a baby so bad.. my heart hurts. I’m looking for positivity. Sorry if this is the wrong group I don’t know where else to ask.
