Help TMI !!

literally last day of period was yesterday , instead of a regular ending period, it was bright red after I peed ? Like my period was starting over ( never happened before ) Had sum bad diarrhea as well as nausea today .. btw had sex with my husband the other day & my vagina is still throbbing .. and pounding like it’s irritated? UTI maybe ? No burning though , although I was burning for a few days with blood in my urine ..drunk water period came UTI gone ? So is it back or do I have sum other pelvic things going on ...
