Alcohol and hormones?

I’m not sure which group to post this in,  but has anyone had hormones  drop their tolerance for drinking? 
Me and a couple friends drank last night... I was WAY to drunk!! and I only had about 4-5, when USALLY I’m okay till about the 7th one. 
I ovulated the 9th and I haven’t done a test yet so I’m not getting my hopes up until i know. 
Please don’t judge.

Only 4-5?! Are you trying for a baby? While some doctors say it’s okay to have a little in your TWW, that’s far too much. Remember, alcohol is poison.

It doesn’t appear that hormones affect your tolerance but alcohol can affect your hormones, progesterone specifically. You don’t want a decrease in progesterone when the embryo is trying to implant. Just be cautious.
