So my 2nd oldest comes up to me an says mom sit down. Mind y’all he is only 11. So I sit down n look at him. First thing out his mouth is “mommy you know daddy loves you he is just scared to show you”. I tell him this is grown ups being a pain in the butt.

He goes to get up an says hey mom if someone is your friend they are by your side no matter what rite? An they help pick you up when you need it rite? So me a lil upset kinda yells at him “yes Jay”. He walks away a little an then comes bk to me an says well you are always there for me when I need someone so now ima be here for you. Hugs me, kisses me and says you are my first true friend mom.

Y’all he melted my heart so much. I love him more then words can express.
