Random crying?

Hey mommas so I just had my baby girl and im wondering if you’ve experienced random crying? I’m happy and everything, im so blessed to have an amazing supportive husband but I still feel the need to just randomly cry? Is that normal?

Yes- it’s the hormones! They are nuts postpartum.  You’ll feel better another week or two.

Yes!! I cried every night for about two weeks. I was told it’s just the baby blues due to changing hormones.

Ohhhh yes! The first 2 weeks were a roller coaster of emotion! It’s normal! 
After the first couple weeks you want to get screened for PPD if it happens often. Every so often is still ok but if you’re feeling sad more often than happy that’s a problem!

I cried for the first 2 weeks. I had postpartum depression and it was an aweful feeling. But believe me it will get better once you establish a routine and knows what your baby needs.
