Congestion?

My LO is 7 weeks old and she is sounding congested in her throat, you can hear it when she breathes and sometimes it makes her cough/gag. We have a cool mist humidifier in the bedroom. Should I talk to her doctor? I’m getting super nervous bc of the coughing and gagging that she does. Her nose isn’t runny, and she does not have a fever.

Same with my 7 week old. No fever or anything else. 
The doctor said it’s fine & “normal” for their age rn with this season.

My 2 month old is the same. Her doctor said it’s from her reflux because it’s not in her chest just in her throat/nose.

My little guy has done this before too! Sometimes I find he just needs to burp or have a good spit up. It almost sounds like something is caught in there.

My little girl 7 weeks old does like this, the doctor said she is ok. It comes from her noses, even though they seemed not blocked.

Get some saline drops and a NoseFrida or use the little bulb thing the hospital gives to clear her nose out. The NoseFrida works way better though imo. My LO is almost 8 weeks and he wakes up sounding congested almost everyday even with a cool mist humidifier in his room. After I clear his nose he sounds normal again.

Same! My sweet girl haha sometimes but I’m sure it’s from it draining from Jose to throat. It’s all normal. They don’t know how blow to get it out so it just hangs in there.
