Hey everyone - Since you all seem much more knowledgeable than me on this topic, I wanted to know if this looks like asbestos? It’s in the closet that holds our hot water heater, furnace, etc and it’s on our main living floor. I will be checking with my landlord on this but wanted to get some opinions in the meantime. Again, our condo was built in 2007 but I know asbestos is still used for various things. Thinking it could also be fiberglass or rock wool. Are either of those harmful?
