Sleep tips for 1 year old
My little boy has always been rocked and cuddled to sleep. After a year I am completely exhausted as he still doesn't sleep through the night so am up and down a few times once if I'm lucky.
Any tips on how to stop and get him to put himself to sleep. I've tried the crying it out and honestly broke my heart to hear him cry like that knowing he just wants to be close to me.
