Implantation Bleeding??

I don’t have a picture but yesterday I was on CD21 and noticed a small amount of brown discharge on my underwear. Nothing when I wiped and nothing today either. From CD20-CD22 (today) I have had cramping like I would right before my period. Is my period coming early or could this be implantation??? I ovulated around CD13.
