Best Eczema products?

So I’m pregnant and currently have pretty bad eczema. It’s all over my boobs, ribs, on my hips and some on my arms. I’ve never had eczema like this, before getting pregnant I did already have sensitive skin and would sometimes get stress rashes but this is different, just large patchy red dry spots that get pretty itchy where my bra and undies rub. My dr confirmed it is eczema that’s most likely just flaring up bc my house is dry, winter is here and being pregnant is also probably what’s making it worse. She said to try hydrocortisone cream on the bad spots and I will pick some up in the store but I also want to get a new body wash and/or lotion bc I think what I’m using could also be aggravating it more. But I have no idea what would be good products to try.
