Hungry!
I have been extra hungry lately, I eat healthy 90 percent of the time but the other 10 I do indulge in unhealthy foods. My question is, should I be eating when I’m hungry or try to hold off? I eat right around 1500-1700 calories a day as it is: I’m 16 weeks pregnant.
