Pregnant or Overthinking?

Has sex on Nov. 6, was my predicted ovulation day according to this app. I have been on the combination pill for years now. I missed a pill the 3rd day of a new pack but took it the next morning when I remembered. When I had sex it was around 4/5 days after my missed pill. We did not use a condom but he pulled out before finishing. I am due for my period in 3 days but am experiencing cramps and tender breasts already. Since starting this pill I have had withdrawal bleeding for the week leading up to my period for around 5 months now. This cycle I have not had that withdrawal bleeding. Could that be a sign that I am pregnant?
