I cannot swallow pills at all please help what are the best ones to take to ensure I get iron, folic acid, etc.

Flinstone’s Complete is a chewable children’s vitamin that a lot of OB’s recommend so that you can get iron.  Some OB’s day to take 1, some day 1 1/2, and some say to take 2. It depends on your body weight and your personal needs for what you’re needing in a vitamin.

Gummies don't have iron in them. So you would need an iron pill, if you take gummies. (iron can not be out into gummy form, it can be liquid or a pill).
