How much rice?

Baby girl has bad acid reflux. She’s on Pepcid but not helping so much so dr said to use rice cereal in her bottles. She drinks 3 to 4 oz. how much rice should I use?

Poor babe!
We’ve done it when our first baby was older and was spitting up a lot like you described. We added about 1/2 formula scoop or less per bottle. Then we put it into a bullet mixer to blend really well. 
FYI - many docs actually don’t recommend doing this any longer. I guess it used to be recommended to help babies sleep but now it’s considered a chocking hazard. Thought I should mention that so you can make the call on what’s best for your baby or so you can discuss further with your pediatrician.
