Pre term labor risk

I went to the hospital cause of Braxton Hicks I were feeling and he ran some tests before I was able to be discharged but my tests came back positive for yeast infection AND BV and then my result for pre term labor risk came back positive as well. He thinks because of the infection it came back positive but I’m just so worried. I got a shot of steroids in my thigh to help mature the babies lungs. Has anyone got a positive on the risk test while having BV and gave birth pre term?
