Does this look like hand foot and mouth disease? Update!

I sent these pictures to our pediatrician. She said it was a viral infection that could spread to her hands and feet. She didn’t say hand foot and mouth. She said it’s very contagious and we should all stay home.

Possibly. The mouth area does. The diaper area it's hard to tell. I've never seen it there. I'd for sure see what your Dr says. Maybe they can do a telecall? The rash honestly looks like really bad diaper rash to me. Have you tried desitin max?

Poor baby 🥺 I’m no medical professional but typically spots around the private area indicate yeast, I apply Monistat 7 cream or Nystatin (prescribed) and let her run around with no diaper. My daughter gets yeast with a diaper rash sometimes. But I’m not sure about her face. Hope she’s getting better!

Looks like diaper rash to me.  You'd find more spotting/blistering on and in the mouth, legs, palms, feet if it was HFM.  My brother and niece had it really bad last year and it was pretty apparent what it was.  Nothing was done by a doctor, just something that had to pass. Ibu/Tylenol to relieve any pain. Keep an eye on it. HFM spreads like wildfire so you will find out soon enough if that's what it is. Always check in with your ped though and see what they recommend. 
I'd keep the diaper off as long as you can. Triple paste/ Destin when diapers on.   Baking soda in bath water.
