Ectopic pregnancy??

Is there anyone who has experienced this.. is it normal to ache and have little cramps now and again and also feeling faint? Did you know you had one by 7 weeks? I had small brown spotting for 2 days when I had bowel movements and it went.. and now it feels like my uterus aches when I have bowel movements 🥴🥴 I don’t know if this is normal or not

I had 10 ectopics you need to get checked out this is life threatening especially if you are feeling faint you could be bleeding internally

My pregnancy was not ectopic buy i had cramps for few weeks on one side, later i found it was the side i ovulated from

With my ectopic I started bleeding lightly at 4w2d and it was found via ultrasound at 6w4d. I didn’t have any pain, just the bleeding.
