Spent the weekend feeling like death, and the same on Monday. Finally woke up feeling somewhat normal so pushed myself to work out. My favorite Peloton instructor is also pregnant. She’s in her late 30s and in her second trimester. She is also reminding me that we can continue to do what we did before pregnancy. And being pregnant doesn’t mean we are broken. Forcing myself to stay healthy this time around. I hit 220 with my last two pregnancies. Was 140 when I got pregnant with my first. 165 with my second. Started at 155 this time. Aiming to keep my weight down in a healthy way that is safe for me and baby.
