How well should you know your partner sexually after so many years?

I ask because my husband surprised me with sex last night it's been a while we've been working alot and I'm recovering from a UTI. I've finished the meds, I feel better I'm still flushing out my system with cranberries but he surprised me and he made fun of me for not knowing him sexually. He's been unpredictable since we first started having sex 5 years ago and I have struggled ever since. He says I should know him by now he certainly knows my body so I'm feeling a little intimidated but one thing is for certain.... he still comes within 5 mins. We've never had lengthy sex we go by rounds and he needs a little time between to recuperate 😉

I feel like I should elaborate further... as far as foreplay, oral, etc we're good. I literally married my best friend our communication is great. It's not I can't please him sexually some days are just harder than others because his body is so unpredictable.
