Hi ladies, so my baby is about to turn 3 months, and I’m getting sick and I was really trying not to, by not going out and taking care of myself, what can I do to not get my baby sick, I don’t want him to get sick specially because of the virus going on, first time mom so not sure what to do...

Babies get sick, can’t really prevent it... maybe steamy showers to keep mucus away. Open your windows if you can! Need the fresh air

Wear a surgical mask while holding ur lo. Esp while feeding bf or bottle. Wash hands often esp before u touch baby. Or after u touch ur face, nose, mouth, eyes. Get a cold mist humidifier and keep next to ur bed side. I did these same things and had the flu when my son was a newborn & thank goodness he never got sick. Good luck mama

Avoid kissing your LO anywhere except for the top of their head and wash your hands frequently. Exposure to germs will build your LO’s immune system.
