Am I early or going to miscarriage?

I'm supposed to be 10 weeks since my last period was september 9th but today was my first ultrasound and they told me they couldn't find my baby it was just a dot. They said I might be earlier than they thought but my period has been gone for almost over 2 months. Has any had this and baby turned out to be okay? Please any answers i'm freaking out right now..

My last period was September 9, 2020 and I just had my 9week 6 day ultrasound yesterday.

This was my first ultrasound at 4 weeks exactly

You could have ovulated or even implanted later than you think. 
I had a ultrasound 2 weeks later to make sure there was a baby and at 7 weeks I had this ultrasound

Take a deep breath and don’t stress. You got this 💓💝 you’ll love the progression ultrasounds once you start to see baby grow more and more.

If you ovulated later, then it would be ok. I actually think that you did if there was just a tiny dot now. But I am not an expert. This is a thing you need to wait and see. Hope all goes well!
