Auto Immune Progresterone Dermatitis

I was diagnosed with auto immune progesterone dermatitis when I was 13 and I am 23 years old now. I have been on oral birth control to manage it which caused acne and major weight gain and did not work. When I was 18 I got the implant and it went away. However, since I have become sexually active it has come back and my after a gynecologist visit I was informed that the implant has stopped working. I get hives now daily and it is extremely painful and frustrating. If anyone has any advice or tips or if you are even struggling with the same thing I would really appreciate the help. I am getting desperate now
