Ovulation bleeding or implantation bleeding ?

Please help !! This makes no sense ive been spotting for 3 days like this and im not even close to my period. My last pregnancy i got pregnant the day after my period meaning i ovulated early. Could this be implantation bleeding but my lh hasn’t turned positive?
