It could be a rash from drool/moisture if he’s drooling or spitting up. Looks like his shirt is a little wet. A constantly have a bib on my baby and change it throughout the day. Also for products try something without chemicals/toxin free. Honest company and hello bello are good choices. Use the think dirty app to search for products!

Have you tried just bathing him in warm water? It’s not recommended to use any soaps or bath products on them when they are this young

Is it dry and flaky? Rough to the touch? My son had dry, flaky, rough to the touch, itchy skin and I’m pretty sure it was eczema. I used Baby Eucerin and it cleared up, but it frequently comes back. He’s 16 months. I haven’t seen this on my August baby yet. Knock on wood.
