Wellbutrin for weight loss?

My doctor just put me on wellbutrin to try to help with loosing weight because I've been working out and eatting better with no results (plus I'm fighting a messed up thyroid and being on a steroid that causes weight gain)

So I'm just curious if anyone has tried this and what your results were. Trying to stay positive and keep looking forward. I wanna loose the weight but don't wanna rely only on the medication so this is just a question out of curiosity. Thanks in advance!
