Bleeding at 37 weeks

I’m 37 weeks tomorrow & I just had sex and there was some blood.. I have Rh- blood and had went to the hospital for bleeding at around 20 weeks. They gave me my first shot of rhogam when I first went in for the bleeding & I had a second one about a month ago. This time wasn’t as much bleeding but definitely more than spotting and I’m just having a little anxiety about something going wrong w my baby and not being able to know right away. Like if her heart rate dropped or she stopped moving I’m sure everything is okay until I can call the doctor in the morning I just wanted some advice or reassurance that the bleeding is probably not very major. I’m also having pretty moderate cramps but that’s pretty normal after sex.

Update: it’s been about an hour I can’t tell if I’m actively bleeding but I did have a possible blood clot come out in the toilet and still having cramps.
